Loved this post! You need to save this description of Clara at 2 printed out on archival PAPER. Just in case. Sorry we misplaced the Birthday Hamster so couldn't sing to Clara yesterday. Love to all, Margaret and Alan

Everyone looks great! Its is kind of scary how much the children look like Brian and Emily when they were little.

Hope to see you all soon,

Greetings! Just a note that the G.A.R. Greenhut Memorial Hall in Peoria is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. As you are aware, Joseph Greenhut was the major benefactor in contributing to its construction. We will be having a rededication in late December 2009.
Are you related to Mrs Aaron (Clara) Rabinowitz (Clara a name that runs back generations to Clara Wolfner Greenhut, Mrs J)

I like crosswords too. Unfortunate for me that Mr.sheffer has such a free imagination with respect to words. Misspellings , made up words, erroneous definitions all abound in his puzzles as of late. Orate= speechify? trench= pit? slew=swerve? work really hard for=bustagut? maharaha=Hindu royal? really now.

I still do the daily puzzle, but with some frustration.Dan

THANKS, Emily. It's a great paradox that it takes way more than 140 characters to explain how to use a tool that sells itself on its succinctness. Go figure. But I appreciate the insights. I'll just have to muddle my way through...
